The crew showed up on time. Very diligent about being safe and getting the job done in a timely manner. Small details I asked for were completed with Care And followed up to make sure it was the way I wanted it. Extremely pleased with the work done.
Pleasure to work with a professional crew. Beautiful job with clean up too.
The only arborists I will ever call. I couldn’t be happier with these folks. I had them take down a dead tree that was hanging over my house and they got it down quickly and safely. Excellent communication throughout the process and a willingness to meet my needs. I’m a woodworker so I wanted to keep some of the scrap and they neatly stacked it for me and also processed some chips to spread along my garden paths.
I am grateful to the Rain Shadow crew for excellent attention to safety, for their agility, and for their ability to work effectively as a team. It was a pleasure to have them caring for my household’s well-being.
Visit from operations manager was timely with excellent follow up with bid and schedule. Workers came when promised. Did removal efficiently and effectively. Other three arborists I’ve used were lacking
Knowledgeable, reliable and professional! I’ve been working with Rain Shadow Tree Consulting for years and value their expertise which has helped me to be a better steward of the woodlands.
